Work Location: Cyberport Office

In this role, you will support regional business goals by planning, executing and measuring effective digital marketing tactics in alignment with divisional digital strategy.

You will develop, implement and maintain content on FedEx owned digital channels, including website, intranet, mobile and social channels, to improve digital engagement and interaction experience for internal and external customers across Asia Pacific. You will monitor and evaluate channel and content effectiveness, and drive continuous enhancement that leads to improved customer experience and business results. You are expected to manage vendor in relation to digital channel and content development and execution, negotiate for the best deal and manage the on-going vendor relationship.

You should hold a university degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related discipline. Solid written and verbal communications skills in English is a must. You should have a minimum of two to four years’ of related experience working efficiently with teams across different functions and different countries. Work history in digital marketing or marketing communications is an asset.
