- Provide quality service and support to members;
- Handle customer service, incoming telephone calls & order processing;
- Input and update all member records.
- F. 5 with at least 1-year customer services experience;
- Excellent, accent-free Mandarin is required; native speakers preferred;
- Good command of English written and spoken;
- PC application including Microsoft office and Chinese Word Processing.
- Mature, self-motivated and good teamwork is required
- Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work shift duties
