Pret is inviting managers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the F&B industry to join our fun loving, energetic and passionate team in Hong Kong. 

We provide extensive on-the-job training programmes of approximately 16 weeks with tailor made modular training packs, e-learning apps and off the job training workshops in our Pret Academy in Causeway Bay. 

We offer flexible working hours with a generous night shift allowance, 5 or 6 day working week (whatever suits you) while managing a small team on either North Point or Kwun Tong.

We are offering a very attractive salary package with quarterly bonus and lots more benefits.

Our Night Managers are responsible for managing the overnight production team in a small hardworking kitchen. They support their team to provide great quality Pret food for a small number of local shops, encourage and drive productivity and uphold Pret standards on food safety. 

Core responsibilities are organisation of the team and night shift duties, planning and organising execution of production while never compromising quality and standards.  As well as the usual paperwork and administration the right person for this job will be the gatekeeper of standards and food safety, be a great motivator for the team while ensuring a smooth operation.
