About the Role

For this role, you are responsible to perform reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling mail and dealing with courier matters. Also to maintain the tidiness of conference rooms, reception area and common areas. To support business trip of HR Staff and administer the travel arrangements, such as flight bookings etc. Last but not least to provide secretarial and executive support to CEO.

About the Person

  • Minimum non-degree tertiary educated preferably in business related/ HR
  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • Experience in customer service, secretarial and HR fields would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Have a strong sense of confidentiality for handling confidential information
  • A confident individual with good command of spoken and written Chinese ( Cantonese & Mandarin)
