The Job

  • Position: Office Administrator (accounting)
  • Responsibilities: Handle full-set of accounts, month-end closing and annual reporting. Liaise with external auditor for annual audit. General office administration and some HR functions.
  • Full-time permanent position with benefits pacakge
  • Salary commensurate with experience. 

Requirements

  • Tertiary educated
  • Min. 3 years experience in accounting, able to answer auditor inquiries independently. 
  • Office administration experience
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin an asset
  • Securities industry experience an asset
