Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for outdoor assignments such as cheques bank-in, mailing, document collection and delivery;
  • Responsible for filing of vouchers and scanning documents;
  • Arrange and co-ordinate company’s and clients’ mails
  • Provide administrative support
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Secondary educated
  • Min. 2 years working experience in office support
  • Can read simple English
  • Self-discipline, responsible, polite and self-motivated
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
