Our client is seeking a high calibre candidate for the following position:

 

Office Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team and responsible for daily office operation including human resources and administration functions
  • Analyze all business spectrum for management review.
  • Handle and business agreements and documents
  • Monitor and implement the progress IT system development and enhancement projects
  • Any ad hoc assignments when required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Business related discipline
  • 5 years or above experience with strong business sense and good analytical skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills
  • Independent, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing
  • Work Location: Chek Lap Kok
