Design Trust is looking for an efficient and detail oriented office manager to run the operation of our charity. The candidate will be responsible for all administrative functions and provide support to all initiatives including programme, fundraising and grantees management. It requires a high degree of multi-tasking.
- Organise office and set procedures and documentation process
- schedule and plan meetings/appts for board
- assist with DT programmes and events
- handles finances and accounts
