Duties:The appointee will be responsible for providing support in the development, enhancement and operations of assessment systems. Major duties include performing User Acceptance Tests, processing data, compiling statistical reports, and performing data quality assurance.

 

Requirements:

(a)        A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Education or related disciplines;

(b)       At least 5 years’ relevant working experience;

(c)        Hands-on experience in user requirement study and User Acceptance Test of web-based systems;

(d)       Solid working knowledge and experience in the applications of web-based systems will be an advantage;

(e)    Knowledge and experience in On-Screen Marking (OSM) systems, Scanning systems, and Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) systems will be an advantage;

(f)        Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Office;

(g)       Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;

(h)       A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills; and

(i)         Able to work independently and under pressure.

 

Employment Terms:  The remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Appointment will initially be on a fixed-term contract with MPF benefits, medical and dental care.  Future employment may be offered on renewable contracts subject to performance and staffing needs.
