ALUMNI AFFAIRS OFFICE

The incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative and logistics support to events and activities for members of the alumni community. He/She is expected to strengthen affinity with alumni through regular contact and provide active support for individual alumni and alumni associations.

Applicants should possess a recognised degree with at least three years of solid experience in the areas of marketing, communications, and event management. Relevant experience in alumni affairs and marketing communication are definite assets. They should also have a high standard of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua); strong interpersonal and communication skills; and be attentive to details. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
