Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform document checking on import and export bills in accordance with international rules and banking practices
  • Liaise with customers and frontline staff in handling import and export trade transactions and provide technical advices and solutions when necessary
  • Follow up settlement of various types of transactions
  • Monitor customer transactions pattern and identify any suspicious transaction for escalation
  • Provide back up support to in-house Trade Processing Team as well as overseas branch

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma holder with 4 years' solid experience in import and export trade operation and in-depth knowledge in ICC rules
  • Candidates with good academics but with less experience and interested in developing their career in Trade Finance Operation will also be considered
  • Meticulous, well organized and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment
  • Customer-orientated, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and fluency in Mandarin is preferred
  • Proficient in PC and MS Offices
