The Integrated Contact Centre of Strategic Customer Systems and Planning Department provides one-stop service for the Club’s customers and general public. By means of telephone hotlines and online channels, we provide customers with product information, enquiry handling and venue reservation services, etc. on 24x7 basis.
provide support on customer's information update and checking
perform administration duties such as document filing, data verification and other ad hoc tasks assigned
You should have
Form 5 or above
2 years administrative working experience
familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
good communication skills in both Chinese and English
Pay-rate: $56 per hour
9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Mon-Sun/PH)
*Average 8 hours per day and 2 - 4 days per week. Actual working hours depend on operational need.
