Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese, English (Syllabus B) and Mathematics; OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese, English and Mathematics): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained” or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (iii) at least 2 years’ relevant work experience; (iv) fast and accurate typing; and (v) good computer skills, including English and Chinese word-processing (Windows) and Excel. Duties include (a) assisting in daily office operation, including secretarial and clerical tasks; (b) handling filing-system; (c) answering enquiries; (d) preparing official documentation and records; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned. Appointment will be made on a 1-year contract, at a proportion of time as negotiated, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement. Shortlisted candidates may be required to sit for typing and computer skill tests.
