Established by the Government in 1989, The Open University of Hong Kong (OUHK) has five schools, namely the School of Arts & Social Sciences, Lee Shau Kee School of Business & Administration, School of Education & Languages, School of Science & Technology, and the Li Ka Shing Institute of Professional & Continuing Education. Through them, we have been providing full-time and part-time programmes at undergraduate, post-graduate, and sub-degree levels.

Applications are invited for the appointment of Part-time Lecturers for the following courseof Master of Nursing (Chinese Medicinal Nursing) offered by the Division of Nursing and Health Studies, School of Science and Technology.
中醫護理學基礎 (Fundamentals of Chinese Medicinal Nursing)
The appointees are required to perform teaching-related duties including conducting lectures, tutorials, and seminars, and laboratory sessions, preparing and marking examination papers, tests and assignments, and preparing evaluation reports on students’ performance, etc. They must have good experience in teaching Chinese medicinal nursing (中醫護理學). The medium of instruction is Chinese.
Applicants should normally have a higher degree, with extensive professional experience in nursing and Chinese Medicine. He/she should be licensed by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong to practise as a Registered nurse and Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong to practise as a Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioners. Those with relevant teaching experience could be an advantage.A good command of English and Chinese is required.
Duration of Appointment
The duration of appointment is from January to June 2017.
Terms of Appointment
Successful candidate will be appointed on temporary part-time fixed term contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
