Established by the Government in 1989, The Open University of Hong Kong (OUHK) has five academic units, namely the School of Arts & Social Sciences, Lee Shau Kee School of Business & Administration, School of Education & Languages, School of Science & Technology, and the Li Ka Shing Institute of Professional & Continuing Education. Through them, we provide full-time and part-time programmes at undergraduate, post-graduate, and sub-degree levels.

Today we have over 9,500 full-time and 10,000 part-time students with about 220 programmes of studies. Requirements
Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree in the relevant areas.  Preference will be given to those with a higher degree and/or teaching experience at tertiary level.

Duties for course GENE241F:
The appointees will be responsible for providing assistance in the teaching and assessment of the above general education course in the full-time face-to-face undergraduate programme.  Major duties include conducting tutorials, marking assignments and examination scripts, and performing other duties related to the delivery of the course.  The appointees will be required to carry out the duties for the period between January 2017 and June 2017.

Duties for course GENE242F:
The appointees will be responsible for providing assistance in the assessment of the above general education coursein the full-time face-to-face undergraduate programme.  Major duties include marking assignments and examination scripts, and performing other duties related to the delivery of the course.  The appointees will be required to carry out the duties for the period between March 2017 and June 2017.

Terms of Appointment
Successful candidates will be appointed on a temporary part-time fixed term contract.  Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
