We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Personal Assistant.

In this role, you will

  • Arrange and maintain daily schedules, including the arrangement of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
  • Handle routine correspondence, regular or adhoc return and other general secretarial support
  • Organize regular meetings and conferences
  • Assist on invoice processing, expense claims and monitoring cost
  • Maintain effective and efficient communication within the department
  • Coordinate within Business Banking and with other department to enhance efficiency

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Previous experience in secretarial and administrative support preferred
  • Experience in financial industry preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management. Able to handle multitasking, manage priorities and work under time pressure
  • Well versed in Computer applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem solving skills, able to work with and influence others to deliver the required outcome
  • Effective learner, taking initiation to understand business and learn new skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese and good spoken and written English, and confidence of working in a multicultural environment
  • Be proactive with good interpersonal skills and positive can do attitude
