We are a reputable asset management company headquartered in Hong Kong. We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to Chairman to join our firm.


The Job: -

*        Schedule meetings for the Chairman

*        Handle complex travel arrangements

*        Compiling correspondences in English and Chinese

*        Handle all personal and family matters for the Chairman

*        Support any ad hoc assignments as directed by the seniors


Profile: -

*        Bachelor's Degree Preferred

*        Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

*        Proficient in MS Office Suite and excellent contacts management

*        Knowledge in basic IT set up and infrastructure maintenance a definite advantage

*        Able to work in a fast paced environment, who is detail oriented, calm and organized

*        Minimum 7 years secretarial experience in investment firms serving senior executives
