Sales Office of professional medical device / medical equipment like surgical equipment, ultra sound device & critical care products, medical device used in cardiac surgery & ICU etc - main clients are hospitals, private specialist clinics and medical professionals in Hong Kong, Macau Asia region  -  is looking for a  PRODUCT SPECIALIST - with details as follows  :
 
  • University graduates in any subjects; 
  • Studies in Medical / Engineering related is an advantage, not a must
  • Business level written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin an advantage 
  • 2 to 5 years sales/marketing/client servicing experience in medical device/medical equipment field
  • Experience in surgical products a plus 
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills 
  • Well organized, energetic, customer oriented and professional 
  • Good presentation skills to be able to provide product demonstration to customers
  • Able to work indepedently with minimum supervision needed
  • Responsible for promoting professional medical devices (surgical products focus) to hospitals, specialist clinics and medical professionals in Hong Kong, Macau and Asia region
  • Providing product demonstrations and presenting product features to customers
  • Providing customer education, follow up and technical support (jointly with Service Engineer) 
  • Build and maintain effective communications with clients
  • Liaise with suppliers for updates, trainings, product feedback, parts etc
  • Problem solving, ensuring total customer satisfaction
  • Attending seminars and exhibitions
  • Frequent client visits to enhance business relationship and grow the business 
  • 5 days work 
  • Candidates with more than 5 years sales experience will be considered for the post of  SENIOR PRODUCT SPECIALIST
