The Executive Education Office of the School of Business and Management is a leading provider of world-class educational programs to executives and companies from Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas. The Executive Education Office is searching for a capable and dynamic individual to fill the position of Program Assistant.
The appointee will provide clerical and administrative support to the Executive Education Office of the School, including support for promotion activities and program admission process, handling enquiries, event administration, preparation of class materials and venue setup. Working beyond normal office hours may be required.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of work experience. Associate degree/higher diploma holders are also welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should be agood team player with a good command of spoken English and Putonghua as well as written English and Chinese, and excellent computer skills in word-processing, spreadsheet, database management, web design and publishing. He/She should be attentive to details and be able to perform multi-tasks, with a pleasant, responsible and proactive personality. Relevant work experience in program administration, promotion and marketing, and knowledge in web programming will be advantageous. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
