Responsibilities: 

  • Perform gap analysis between service required vs. standard offer provided for new clients 
  • Support request for proposals review focusing on program administrative requirements and suggest as appropriate best practices 
  • Translate client instructions or requirements into operational language using process engineering or design for manufacturability methodologies 
  • Handle program documents including updating and preparing program summaries as well as other administrative tasks 
  • Conduct program operationalization training for the network 
  • Set up internal program monitoring tools 
  • Review program performance regularly with the client and key account manager 
  • Handle client complaints and facilitate resolutions real time 
  • Facilitate continuous improvement through projects in conjunction with operations, IT and various process teams 
  • Lead program change management using program design best practices 
  • Ensure program success by maintaining strong business relationships with clients 
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by your manager


Job Requirements: 

  • Degree holder or above 
  • At least 5 years’ working experience in total – with program management in consumer product testing, quality assurance, process / quality engineering or design for manufacturability experience(s) 
  • Know how to prioritize and know when to escalate 
  • Work independently with or without a team & to tight deadlines 
  • Logical, & strong analytical ability, can analyse data and look for trends 
  • Problem-solving, and critical thinking skills 
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
  • Good planning, organizing, project management, execution follow through and process improvement skills 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese / Mandarin preferable 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
  • Self-motivated, responsible, patient, customer-oriented and detail-oriented
