The Asia Global Institute at The University of Hong Kong generates and disseminates innovative thinking and business-relevant research on global issues from Asian perspectives. It is set to launch the AGI Global Fellows Program to nurture future leaders and policy makers.

Applicants should possess a recognized degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication or English disciplines; at least 7 years’ work experience in relevant fields in tertiary institutions including project management; and an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. They should be able to take initiative and solve problems independently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment, and a good team player with strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication skills.

The appointee will report to the Programmme Director and be responsible for providing support in the administration and execution of the AGI Global Fellows Program. He/She will assist the Programme Director in the development and implementation of the program; manage all logistics associated with the program, including but not limited to venues, insurance, travel and accommodation, and housing arrangements; devise and implement an effective communications and marketing plan to promote the program; manage the process of program recruitment and admissions; actively participate in the development and implementation of a wide range of events and activities for the AGI Global Fellows; and contribute to the development, implementation and management of the AGI Global Fellows alumni network.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
