Monthly Salary Range: HK$31,930 – HK$48,390
Duties: The appointee will play an important role in assisting the programme leader in planning, developing and managing full-time and part-time management, accounting and finance programmes. He/She will perform programme management and administrative duties. The scope of duties includes assist in programme development and promotion, preparation and distribution of course materials, course delivery, liaison with students, teachers and professional bodies, preparation of annual budget and monitoring reports. In addition, he/she will serve in School committees or working groups, and perform other academic and administrative duties such as preparation of unit budget and development plan, attend meetings, invigilation, lecturing and manage the subject unit as required.
Requirements: Candidates should possess at least a Master’s degree in a related discipline. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, ability to manage resources effectively, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese are required with minimal 5 years of working experience. In addition, the appointee must be quality-driven and a good team player. Preference will be given to those with strong academic/professional background and relevant professional qualifications and membership.
Terms of Appointment:Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract.
