The candidate is responsible for assisting students to successfully reach their learning objectives and ensuring student satisfaction. The Progress Supervisor provides students with tailor-made study advice within the framework of Learn, Try, Apply, Certify learning methodology and helps students set and meet their learning goals throughout their study course. Level of English required for this role is at or above Upper-Intermediate stage.
Ensure new students understand and implement EF’s learning approach
Help students plan and review study progress according to EF’s learning approach
Give students study advice within the framework of EF’s learning approach and motivate students to help them reach their study goals
Keep students informed and updated on changes within the center
Help students utilize class booking tools and other study tools
Collect student feedback and cooperate with relevant colleagues to promptly solve issues
Organize and coordinate center events to increase student satisfaction and drive retention
Complete all administrative duties to a high standard as required
- Diploma holder or above
- Level of English required (Upper-Intermediate English skills)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Cantonese
- Passionate in developing career in in service industry
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in service or other hospitality industry is preferred
- Direct sales experience preferred
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Good team player in a multi-cultural environment
- Vocation for service, friendliness and patience
- Good PC skills (MS Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint/ Browser)
- Excellent customer services, organizational and time management skills
- Able to work Saturdays and Sundays due to the nature of our business
