Job Posting Details

 

The appointees will provide administrative support to the Office. Duties include providing assistance in the provision of a full spectrum of human resources related functions, drafting correspondences, filing, maintaining records, preparing documents for meetings, handling enquiries, providing support for organizing events and ceremonies, assisting in staff relations and development, etc., and performing other duties as assigned.

 

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree. Associate degree holders are also welcome to apply. Candidates must have good PC skills in English and Chinese word-processing, spreadsheet, and database applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; be a good team player and willing to learn, well-organized, able to multi-task, and attentive to details.  A good command of spoken English and Putonghua is expected.  Experience in event management or hospitality management will be an advantage. (Duration:2 years, renewable)

 

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
