Established in 1995, the Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) is a statutory body set up by the Government to support the broad development of the arts in Hong Kong. Its major roles include grant allocation, policy and planning, advocacy, promotion and development, and programme planning.

With dedication to plan, support and promote the development of arts, the Hong Kong Arts Development Council is organising an overseas Music Festival in London in 2017. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to be in charge of the Festival. Duties include the planning, development, publicity/promotion and execution of the Festival. He/she will support committees and advisory groups of the Festival, and liaise with strategic partners, including participating artists and arts groups, both local and overseas.
- University graduate or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ solid experience in event / festival management, preferably in the arts or cultural sector
- Must be able to work independently and accomplish assigned tasks on schedule
- Self motivated, well-organised, excellent project management and inter-personal skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge in Music is preferred
- Experienced in overseas touring will be an advantage
The appointee will be offered a temporary contract for 11 months. Salary offered will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
