Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute workplans for projects to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Identify resources needed and make clear individual roles & responsibilities
  • Lead project team through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure regular, clear, and concise communication regarding the projects

Skills:

  • At least 8 years of experience in IT with 3 years’ hands-on experience in application project management in Life Insurance industry
  • Good understanding of Life Insurance products, processes, workflow and systems
  • Proven experience in leading an IT development team
