Faculty of Education and Human Development

The appointee will assist the Faculty in the areas of internationalization and innovation.  This will involve developing and implementing policies in these areas, coordinating regional and international connections, assisting in international student recruitment and exchange, organizing international conference and public lectures, identifying potential partners for research, programmes and other endeavors.    He/she will also coordinate innovation-related grants and activity, engage in a wide range of communication activities such as school outreach, web maintenance, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.  The initial appointment will be for a period of 1 to 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree with several years’ post qualification full-time working experience in tertiary education; good problem-solving, communication, interpersonal and organization skills; interest and ability to work closely with international staff and students; self-motivated, proactive and able to multi-task; excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop or other design software; ability to work independently and as a team.  They should be flexible and able to work under pressure.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave and outpatient medical benefits.
