The appointee will be required to work in the Student Development Centre (SDC) of the College. He/She will be responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support of Whole Person Development programmes offered by the SDC. Duties include (1) data consolidation for statistical analysis and reporting; (2) liaison with various internal parties and external bodies; (3) supervision of frontline helpers; and (4) provision of administrative support to the student activities under the project.
- Degree holder, preferably in English Language or Social Sciences;
- At least one year’s relevant working experience;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with administrative sense and competence;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with meticulous mind;
- Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
- Able to work independently.
The appointee will be required to work on either/both the Kowloon Tong and Shatin Shek Mun campuses.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed term contract of one-year. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
