Job Duties:-

  • Manage and undertake the daily operations of property management and customer services to provide all round property management services;
  • Prepare and control the expenses of the operating budget of the building fund;
  • Manage and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers and service providers;
  • Monitor and coordinate small projects works e.g. A&A work, renovations, replacements or repairs, reconfigurations, maintenance, painting or similar works);
  • Coordinate with various parties (property management service providers, project manager, leasing agency, contractor, professionals, etc.) on strategizing, implementation and completion of asset enhancement initiatives;
  • Liaise with various departments internally on property management related issues

Qualification:-

  • Degree in Property Management and Building related field with track records;
  • Member of RICS/HKIS/CIH/HKIH/RPHM is required;
  • Minimum of five years of commercial property landlord, property management and facility management experience with an emphasis on retail property/ car parking;
  • Proactive thinking with detail-oriented and creative problem solving aptitude;
  • Self-motivated and can work under pressure
