Our client is looking for a Manager/ Senior Manager to lead the daily operations of a luxury shopping mall with office components

Client Details

Our client is a leading developer with a diversified portfolio in Hong Kong.

Description
  • Lead the whole on-site management team to operate the property management function of the site, including customer relationship, facilities management, security and cleaning, and CSR , etc. with a view to provide quality services and build a brand for the site
  • Ensure the operations and the site in all aspects are in compliance with the relevant ordinances and regulations
  • Review and enhance procedures and systems in operations
  • Keep abreast of the property management market trends and regulatory controls, etc.
  • Prepare and control property management budget
  • Work with internal parties (e.g. Leasing, Engineering, Legal and Project Management Teams) and external parties (i.e. consultants, designers and contractors, etc.) in order to maintain the site to the highest quality
  • Build and maintain good relationship with stakeholders, e.g. owners, tenants and public




Profile
  • Degree holder or above in Facilities Management, Hotel Management or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years solid experience in property management / hotel servicing industry
  • Experience in managing Grade A commercial building/ High End shopping mall is preferable
  • Well-versed in property management and hotel servicing field
  • Extensive knowledge in people management and customer service
  • Excellent skills in planning, leadership and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Strive for service excellence
  • Proactive
