Receptionist- Tin Hau Area
( HK$13,000- HKD$15,000)

Requirements:
At least 2- 3 year working experience
Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma graduates or equivalent
Proficiency in computer skills including using MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Great customer service skill, excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Pleasant, presentable, honest and a strong sense of responsibility with customer oriented
Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin

Responsibilities:
Handling daily office supplies administration report and settling payment
Performing general reception duties, including answering phone calls, greeting the visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mailings etc…
Communicate with property management office and contractors for office maintenance services
Supporting company events and ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
