A consulting comapny is looking for high caliber candidate to fill the following position:-
- Handling receptionist duties of greeting guest, answering the phone, mailing order, courier services
- Arranging maintenance works for office facilities and equipment
- Handling stationery ordering, pantry supplies and stock keeping
- Providing clerical and admin supports to Admin Dept.
- Performing outdoor duties such as delivery of documents
- Assisting in other ad hoc projects as assigned
- Form 7 or above with over 1 year working experience in office reception and/or administrative work
- Mature and pleasant personality, self-initiative, willingness to learn, good interpersonal skills and good communication skills
- Fluent in spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is preferable
