Responsibilities:

  • Perform office reception duties, including answering phone calls, meet and greet visitors, handle of incoming and outgoing mailings, fax and couriers, newspaper and magazine distribution, booking and coordination the use of meeting rooms, update of seating plan and staff phone list, etc.;
  • Perform office administrative support, including office relocation, renovation, procurement, facilities management and equipment maintenance;
  • Maintain sufficient stationery and office supplies;
  • Prepare payment requisition and general expenses reimbursements;
  • Liaise and negotiate with external suppliers/vendors for administration issues;
  • Assist in company activities and other ad-hoc projects as assigned. 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above;
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in receptionist;
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  • Good telephone manner and communication skill;
  • High sense of responsibility, self-motivated and well-organized;
  • Polite, mature and an excellent team player.
