Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for all duties in reception desk 
  • Attend all incoming calls, courier and mailing issues
  • Greet and escort guests to designated meeting room or colleague
  • Manage conference rooms and other office facilities
  • Assist senior management in different travel itin and flight bookings administrations
  • Assist in office cleanningness and mainteneance
  • Assisting in handle full range of admin duties, including stationery, printers and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Specifications

  • School Certificate or above with minimum 2 years of solid Receptionist experience in office setting
  • Possess of good hospitality and customer service manner
  • Familiar with office administration duties
  • Able to handle phone calls and guests professionally
  • Proficient in MS. Office and Eng & Chi typing
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
