Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Assist the project team in all aspect of project follow up such as administrative support, quotation preparation, purchasing and follow-up procedure etc.
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks whenever necessary
  • Assist in all-round general office administration work including serve drinks, mail services and outdoor delivery work; answering incoming phone calls; handling basic book keeping etc.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

  • F.5 or above
  • Equivalent with at least 1 year relevant working experience;
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office;
  • High level of accuracy and detailed oriented;
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn;
  • Good telephone manner and positive working attitude;
  • Good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of Cantonese, fair English with Mandarin is a definite advantage;
  • Immediately available is preferred
