Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assist the project team in all aspect of project follow up such as administrative support, quotation preparation, purchasing and follow-up procedure etc.
- Assist in ad hoc tasks whenever necessary
- Assist in all-round general office administration work including serve drinks, mail services and outdoor delivery work; answering incoming phone calls; handling basic book keeping etc.
Education, Qualifications & Experience:
- F.5 or above
- Equivalent with at least 1 year relevant working experience;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office;
- High level of accuracy and detailed oriented;
- Self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn;
- Good telephone manner and positive working attitude;
- Good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Cantonese, fair English with Mandarin is a definite advantage;
- Immediately available is preferred
