- Obviously a performer at strategy planning and market development
- Team building and leadership experience of 3 years or more
- Strong communicator and motivator
- Proven 360 recruitment business cycle performance
- Excellent communicator to all levels of management
- Confident, Outgoing and Brutally Honest.
- Eyes closed and heart open to change and willing to make sacrifices for the company
- Pragmatic thinker, contributor to positive change for improving business and brand.
- Report directly to the MD. Serve as eyes and ears to the MD for divisional HK market.
- The successful candidate can go on building other divisions within Recolo Group in Asia so travelling might be required.

Since this is a leadership role you will be required to prove the salt you are worth. In our final meeting, you will need to eventually pitch a viable business plan of how you would want to lead and drive your team to success. You may meet other senior directors and proven leaders at the 2nd interview.
