The Role

                        

You will be responsible for:

  • As the key person to drive APAC allocation strategies, managing APAC initial allocation, replenishment, inventory level, store capacity analysis as well as supporting any ad hoc events/ projects
  • Analyse sales, inventory and shipment details to develop action plans, also adjusting store profile, stock level parameters, size curve to ensure optimum inventory level by store
  • Work closely with Merchandising, Planning, Logistics and Operation team to make sure timely and accurate New Collection Launch, Marketing activities and Markdown so as to secure company sales targets and brand image
  • In partnership with countries, provide directions and drive the business to ensure maximisation of sales, inventory & stock turn
  • Implements the creation, analysis, execution and communication of monthly floorset launches for specific geographical locations, in line with predefined Allocation strategies
  • Prepare regular business report and support cross-regional and store transfers
  • Communicate with countries and logistic team directly to ensure clear inbound receipts management and fix any issues that arise during the process

 

The Person

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor Degree with 3 - 6 years of working experience in retail industry, Allocation & Distribution, Merchandising & Planning fields are welcome
  • Regional exposure in Asia Pacific with hands on allocation & business analysis experience
  • Excellent analytical skills, good at Excel with strong numerical & business sense
  • Excellent problem solving, time management and presentation skills with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Being proactive, organized, detail-mind, flexible and able to work well under pressure
  • Pleasant characters with strong team spirit
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
