RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and implement retail strategy to achieve sales goal for the region
  • Manage operations budget in order to review and interpret financial and operational information
  • Responsible for daily store operation
  • Responsible for communication of store and company objective to all staff
  • Responsible for store inventory management
  • Responsible for recruitment, training and motivation of retail executives
  • Coordinate and monitor the activities of new store
  • Coordinate activities of local merchandising (buying), in collaboration with the corporate function merchandising
  • Responsible for submission of sales report to head office
  • Monitor KPI, the implementation of best practices and the achievement of company targets
  • Ensure that the visual merchandising tools are fully implemented according to the visual calendar
  • Responsible for planning and execution of marketing plans

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience with minimum 2 years at managerial level and preferable in international luxury fashion brands
  • Proven experience in running a sizable retail operation. Regional experience good to have but NOT necessary
  • Good planning and organization skills, able to perform multiple activities or work on multiple tasks successfully
  • Positive, enthusiastic, initiative, self-motivated, and willing to exert greatest effort to achieve results with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent in problem solving. Able to work independently
  • Open, active, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic with flexible travel mobility
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
