To support their business development plan in the region, they are now inviting a seasoned and passionate sales professional to drive the growth of the North Asia markets.

Description

Reporting to VP of Global Sales, this is an independent position which you will assume full responsibility in driving the business development activities of the assigned markets in North Asia region, with a goal to achieve sales revenue targets. You will define and execute business development and market penetration strategies based on the latest market trends and customer needs. To ensure an effective allocation of resources, the successful candidate will identify top tier distributors in the region and provide all the necessary support on the transferal of customers, sales planning as well as product training. The incumbent will provide regular updates on business performance for management review.

Profile

To qualify for this role, you will have at least 10 years of business development and sales experience in Connectivity/ Engineering Solutions/ Electronic Components or related industry. A degree holder in Electrical Engineering or related discipline will be a definite advantage. Solid experience in distributor management and a successful track record in new business and key account development are essential. You will be an independent and passionate individual with strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required. Occasional travel is required on a need basis.
