Role Objective / Purpose

The role of Research Manager is fully responsible for client projects to ensure all activities of projects are completed and presented, by maintaining and enhancing client relationships, contributes to business development. Regional exposure will be provided to the right candidate.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise quantitative market research projects on a daily basis to deliver outstanding services to clients
  • Build and maintain relationship with assigned clients through excellent client service skills
  • Be responsible for sales activities in terms of proposals preparation and delivery
  • Design and write reports to clearly and accurately represent the findings and recommendations
  • Provide coaching / training to junior staff
  • Assist senior members on ad hoc projects as assigned

 Person specification

Qualification

  • University degree holder, at least 4 years of market research experience, with at least 2 years research agencybackground
  • Quantitative research with some client interaction experience would be highly preferred

Skill (including technical and people skill)

  • Sensitive to numbers and enjoy working on reports with numbers
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good computer skills including MS Office and other softwares
  • Good knowledge in SPSS and SAS is definitely an advantage
  • Good analytical skill with high sense of curiosity and dedication in solving problems

Other Requirements

  • Be open minded, be initiative, creative
  • Able to work under pressure ,manage own time and adapt to overtime work
  • Meticulous, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way
