RESPONSIBILITIES

Initiate plans and devise actions to maximize sales turnover of retail stores in APAC region

Ensure brand image development are well executed in accordance with company guidelines

Communicate with merchandisers to ensure stock levels are appropriate to each store

Work with store managers to ensure a positive work environment and increase staff retention

Recruit, coach, and develop frontline staff

Develop strategies to ensure strong employee succession in each store

Ensure that the area has the appropriate goals, plans and budgets to maximize profitability for all stores

Monitor quality service standards and translate customer requirements into strategies and processes

 

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years' retail operation experience in sizeable luxury retail at managerial level, preferably with experience in multi-store management

Proven ability to achieve results working both strategically and operationally

Strong leadership and people management skill

Flexible and adaptable to different work situations and challenges

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of both English and Chinese 

Ability to travel at least 60% of the time
