Client Details

Our client is a large US Asset Management firm with AUM of over 1 Trillion USD. Their Tokyo office has a very strong institutional and retail business and the RFP team is responsible for responding to informational requests from both internal and external sources including clients, prospects, consultants, sales and client service professionals. Due to business expansion, they are seeking a motivated candidate to join the team.

Description

Collaborate with Sales and Product Management in developing appropriate responses to meet particular prospect/ client requests: These requests include:RFPs andRFIs, consultant requests, client inquiries and updates, as well as other adhoc queries
  • Maintain all Firm specific language in a central database
  • Complete quarterly/annual client updates for third party distributors
  • Assist with ad-hoc inquiries from Sales teams
  • Register and maintain Firm products across global consultant databases


Profile
  • Will have 3-5 years work experience in Financial Services, preferably in Asset Management
  • Will have interest in developing their career in Marketing especially in RFP/Documentation space
  • Will enjoy writing and translating documents
  • Will have Native level Japanese communication skills and Fluent level English communication skills
