Job Duties:

  • Prepare excel worksheet for pricing and retail quotation
  • Support sales team on boat ordering process including specification preparation and checking
  • Prepare presentation materials, colour scheme and photos for customers’ viewing
  • Prepare contract, variation orders and invoice

  • Respond to incoming calls and customers’ enquiries 
  • Provide support to boat shows and other events

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience

  • Experience in luxury/hospitality/marine industry will be an advantage
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
