• At least Matriculated.
•Minimum 2 years’ clerical experience with sales administration includes purchase order, invoice, sales contracts experience
• Full set Logistics Import/Export Documents experience (not full set will also be considered)
• Well-versed in Windows applications such as Words, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
•Able to communicate in English and Chinese including both Cantonese and Putonghua.
•Fast and accurate typing in both English and Chinese.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
