Responsibilities:

  • In charge of Sales/Key Account/Operations Team
  • Manage the Sales/Key Account/Operations Team to achieve company objectives and sales targets
  • Plan and implement operational strategies to ensure operations function are in compliance with corporate brand standards
  • Drive operational excellence and deploy best practices across all operational aspects to meet business targets as well as customer satisfaction
  • Review and implement operational procedures to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage and streamline the daily operation by establishing effective business reporting and analysis
  • Motivate the team to provide excellent service and achieve business results by coaching and managing their performance
  • Foster customer relationships to ensure the services standard is at the best level
  • internal and external parties of promotion events to implement the projects and monitor the progress; and provide on-site logistical support and conduct on- site inspections, attending ceremonies or visiting events, etc
  • Work closely with the team in the development and implementation of promotion activities
  • Participate additional projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines
  • More than 5 years of sales and/or business development in retail business, project management, with kitchen/electrical appliance industry experience is an advantage
  • Background in channel sales & branded product is definitely an advantage
  • Result-driven with excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent people management and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication skill in both spoken English and Chinese
  •  or with Macau work permit holder is preferred
