Retail Distribution

Hang Seng’s Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 170 branches and automated banking centres, including over 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Sales and Services Officer, Cross Border Banking Services.

Principal responsibilities

  • Assist Relationship Managers in providing timely, professional and premium services to Mainland customers
  • Build good relationship with Mainland customers and understand their needs in order to refer sales opportunity to Relationship Managers
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and consolidate their feedback so as to assist in process enhancement for higher customer satisfaction
  • Participate in offsite events to support marketing initiatives
  • Keep abreast of the compliance requirements, control procedures and guidelines and adhere to them during service provision
  • Support in daily administrative and operational work
  • Travel occasionally subject to business needs

Requirements

  • University degree in a related discipline is preferred
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in banking field
  • Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination, and attains Hong Kong Securities Institute Licenses an advantage
  • Fluency in Putonghua and Chinese; proficiency in English an advantage
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
