- Provide sales administration support to Key Account’s Project Team, including but not limited to preparing product quotation (Price/Cost Breakdown) to customers, handling purchasing document, product document, shipping documents, sales agreement etc (make translation if necessary).
- Provide top-tier support & handle inquiries from our customers
- Handle administrative & secretarial activities for the team, including meeting minute recording, data maintenance, travel & transportation arrangement etc.
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 3 years working experience in related industry or company
- Strong Chinese & English skills (Both written & spoken) is a MUST
- Fast Learner, Hard-working, Friendly with Proactive attitude
- Occasionally travel to Mainland China is required
