Logistics / Transportation > Shipping
- Handle customer orders and data input into system;
- Coordinate & follow up with customers, transportation companies and factories to arrange delivery on timely basis;
- Update the order status in the system and maintain the database;
- General Sales order process incl. prepare Invoices & quotations;
- Provide clerical support to the Sales team.
- F.5 or above with at least 1 years of relevant working experience, preferably gained from FMCG sector;
- Hands on experience in handling of shipping documents;
- Familiar for processing HK customs & Trade-link declaration is a plus;
- Good communication skills in English & Mandarin;
- Experience in SAP is a definite advantage
- Hardworking and responsible;
- Good PC knowledge;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
