Sales Director / Business Development Manager -Building Material/Sanitary/Kitchen/Bathroom/Filter
One of international and leading company, they are whole seller of Building materials / kitchen products and Sanitary Products for their own brands. They had already set up a HK office and want to explore and open China - Mainland and Asia market.

Basic salary around 40 - 60K+ plus year end bonus ( depends on your experience )
- Lead the team to hit assigned sales target
- Maintain existing client base and identify new business opportunities, especially in China and Asia Market
- Work closely with both internal and external departments to meet with customers' requirement
- High Dip / Degree or above
- 10 years or above solid related sales working experience and 3 years or above as management level
- Good negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- Have a strong clients base in selling building materials, Sanitary Products, kitchen products , luxury & designer furniture or related products, this is an advantage
- Responsible for the handling an operation of sales and marketing of all aspects of daily routines, sales and business planning, compliance, governance, contract variations, dispute resolution, ad hoc requests from the General Manager
- Have a strong B to B or B to C sales channel and cleints base such as Property developer, related distributor, Interior design firm, Hotels Group, Luxury Retailer or VIPs Guest.
- To participate in decision making and business planning based on the market-oriented collection data and industry analysis in order to provide business analysis reports regularly
- Good at both written and spoken of English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Business Trip to overseas / China is required ( Sometimes )
- Travel to factory at Oversea or mainland China ( Sometimes )
