- Providing SAP support services including telephone support and occasionally on-site service to our customers
- Investigating, trouble-shooting and resolving customers’ reported issues
- Reporting SAP product issues/defects to SAP OSS Support
- Analyzing customers’ requests and proposing SAP standard solutions or custom enhancement by developing functional specifications
- Conducting user training
- Degree holder preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering, Business Administration related disciplines, strong background of business processes is a definite asset
- At least 2-3 years of SAP experience and/or with SAP certification
- Strong and proven communication skill in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Previous working experience in Financial, Trading, Retail and/or Manufacturing industry is a plus
